Accounting transformed into a strategic asset.

Founded in 2021 in Sacramento, CA, Fogler CPA was created to give growing businesses and nonprofits the capabilities of an internal accounting department without having to build every role in-house.

The firm supports financial reporting, compliance coordination, transaction workflows, systems, and decision-making. Each engagement is organized around accurate work, clear communication, and information leaders can use.

Founder & CPA

Matt Fogler, CPA

Matt founded Fogler CPA to give smaller organizations access to disciplined accounting processes and financial perspective commonly found in larger finance departments. He holds a BA in Information Systems and a Master’s in Accounting.

His accounting and technology background informs the firm’s approach: build reliable systems, close the books accurately, and turn financial information into practical guidance.

Accounting Supervisor

Kiran Tariq

Kiran oversees financial reporting, compliance coordination, and day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse client base. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento, and brings more than eight years of public-accounting experience.

Her focus is consistent review, clear procedures, accurate reporting, and developing the team’s ability to deliver responsive service.
