Founded in 2021 in Roseville, California, Fogler CPA was created to give growing businesses and nonprofit organizations the capabilities of an internal accounting department without the cost and complexity of building one from scratch.
Our professionals support financial reporting, compliance, transaction processing, systems, and decision-making. Every engagement is built around accurate work, clear communication, and information leaders can actually use.

Matt holds a BA in Information Systems and a Master’s in Accounting. He combines public accounting experience with a systems-focused approach that helps smaller organizations benefit from sophisticated financial processes.

Kiran oversees financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. She brings more than eight years of public accounting experience and a strong record of improving workflows and developing teams.
